Shipping time = Processing Time +Delivery Time
The time period from when you place your order to when you receive your goods is determined by two distinct phases. The first one is the "Processing Time," during which we craft your product and conduct quality checks to ensure it meets the standards for shipment. The second phase is the "Delivery Time," which depends on your country of residence. If you are in the United States, it typically does not exceed 5 business days. If you choose express shipping, it generally takes no more than 3 business days. For international buyers, we use UPS for shipping. During the shipping process, there will be customs clearance, followed by delivery to the address you provided. At this point, the delivery time may vary but typically falls within the range of 1-2 weeks.
Processing Time:
All Gem-Valley products are meticulously handcrafted by our skilled jewelers and setting intricate gemstones can be quite time-consuming. Therefore, our products are made to order. At the same time, Gem-Valley understands your eagerness to receive your newly purchased jewelry. For some highly popular styles that we keep in stock in our warehouse, we can ship them out promptly, usually within 24 hours. For products that are not in stock and require complex processing, the processing time generally ranges from 5 to 10 business days.
Once your product has completed the processing phase and enters the delivery status, we will send you an email with tracking details and the expected delivery time.
